Hey there family!

How are things with all of you guys? Things are going good here. Our investigator pool isn’t too deep right now but we baptized a really cool teenager this week - Eleneilton. Zone Conference was really good. The last pres. here was all about baptizing. His motto was: even if they don’t stay firm its one less baptism that has to be done for the dead. You know the ordinance is done if they choose that, which is good and stuff but President now is working on making the baptisms a little more meaningful, which I like better. It feels we’re helping the people of Brasil more - at least to me. For example, my ward has over 800 members in it on paper but only 83 active. So he wants us to not just baptize but strengthen the wards, so I'm excited for that.

That's so cool Jerry is an elder now. That's cool about the video of Bahia; it's crazy here. Oh and I got your letter at my house yesterday, but didn’t get any packages at zone conference. But I wouldn’t sweat it. I’ve heard some of them take forever to get here. But it was still a fun conference. There is a really funny elder who is from Seattle so we always talk. He is really cool.

Justin, that pink band (honorary band society cords) will look cute on your (graduation) gown. I’ll be back before then though. You won’t be that old when I get back. I can’t believe how fast the whole last month has gone by. I’ve now been out for 4 months, crazy huh. For (General) conference we have to travel to another city but only get to see Sunday’s sessions and I’m not sure yet if there will be a room with English or not. I guess we’ll find out Sunday. I’m excited for it though.

Sorry, time is limited but I’ve got to sign off. Kimbo - wow exciting!! I can’t wait to find out it its a boy or girl and all that good stuff. You have to keep me informed or else!! ....
